I did this one as well for a buddy from work after I finished mine. It was a real mess. It's his first muzzle loader, he bought it used last week for next to nothing. When he brought it to me it didn't have sights, the holes for the scope mount were open and rusted. It looked liked it had been shot...a LOT, and left un-cleaned. The bolt was so corroded it wouldn't open. After a GOOD complete breakdown cleaning, polishing, mounting sights and stripping the stock of the green and tan mess that is still pictured in the checkering (it was blotched all over the gun kinda like sea sick green and tan pokadots)
