Seem to me that the only ones benefitting from more gun controls are the arms/components industry. Same thing happened in 1994 when primers became unavailable and the gun prices skyrocketed.Once the price increases were accepted the guns and components became available. Guess it is a rich mans sport, much like the days of Merry Old England where the landed gentry[lords] were the only ones permitted to own arms and ammunition. IMHO there is a parallel taking place here.
