You can get a good argument going at any range on this,Mike, but....

The technical guys mention velocity drops in shells kept in freezers on the order of 50-100 fps. Since best ammo varies up to 50 FPS shot to shot from one box, this may be so minor as to not warrant any concern.

I noted that zeroing a slug gun in temps from the mid 20s to mid 90s has no change in POI that I can pinpoint. I doubt there's that much change in shotshells, except for either very light loads or very heavy ones.On the extremes, variance produces more changes.

IOW, probably not....
