kentucky or hawkins rifle ??

I come across a old muzzle loader. Trying to find out some info on it. The forearm is just half way up barrel. The barrel is marked L P WOLF on top. The side plate has H ? ? WELL WARRENTED. Brass trigger guard. Double trigger, the first is straight. The barrel is octagon and 37 1/4 inches long. Someone told me it was a .41 caliber? Gun is very heavy. Anyone have any help?
