I have been reloading for just under a year, I started with Oneshot and still use it. Never had a stuck case, a few times I felt a case going in tight so i backed it out and re-sprayed the block again. Since then I make sure the WHOLE case gets sprayed! Im sure some day I will switch to resizing wax, but Oneshot is just convenient for me right now.
