While it is impossible to predict what an individual gun might do, after looking at the velocity results for the .357 Sig over at Ballistics by the Inch, I would expect a G33 to give velocities 100-150fps less than a G31.

Have you looked at the G32? It's in between the sizes of a G31 and G33.
