Springfield XDM 9mm stovepipe problems?

Have the above gun and read where some people have feed or stove pipe ejection problems with this gun That person said they returned it to Springfield Armory for repair but resulted in no improvement.

If I took my XDM to a reputable gunsmith for "ramping" or other work, would this more than likely correct future like problems.

I want to insure reliability BEFORE any jams or ejection problems occur since I carry this gun [licensed] concealed.

Thanx!

p.s.

FYI:
Recently bought an "XDM - ROTO-HOLSTERâ„¢ PADDLE" for this gun.
Supposedly works for left or right side hip carry and 'Small of back' [S.O.B.] carry.
Works well with left or right hip carry but the curvature of the padded plastic paddle does not allow for comfortable s.o.b. carry.
