It is a problem caused by the feed lips and the spring of the magazine. The spring doesn't have enough strength to keep the last round pressing against the feed lips. The lips are setting up the correct attitude of the cartridge to feed into the chamber. I would trying stretching the spring to give it a little bit more strength.
