I was curious if anyone has ever hand loaded for the .30-223? Yes, I know it's an interesting round that not too many people have in their arsenal, but I am curious if anyone on here has experience working up a mild .30 cal load for this caliber. My father just inherited a customized 700 in .30-223 and it has peaked my interest. Anyone know what the performance is on this round? Subsonic or max velocity?
