If you do find a reloading manual that shows Unique loads for a .270 Winchester, throw the manual away quickly.
An all around powder is impossible to come by. You can use 4 Ramshot powders and load almost everything. Tac, Hunter, Big Game, and Magnum.
The under bore and the over bore cartridges just can not use the same burn rate powders.
