Use it as directed.

Drain it out. Save it in a jar, then pour it back in. They say to not leave it in the tank for more than a few hours if not using it. It can leave scale, and film on the tank, and affect its cleaning ability.

Come on now lazy is as lazy does. (This is coming from one of the biggest lazy dudes there is.)

I think there is a thread going about how some people seem to think that directions apply to everyone else. Only playing a little here.

I drain my sonic cleaner every time. Also make sure you UNPLUG IT WHEN NOT IN USE. We had a member that had a Hornady unit nearly catch fire when he left it plugged in for a very long period of time. I have seen several others that friends own. All of them say when not using it to do the following.

1 Unplug it.
2 Empty the tank.
3 Wipe the tank clean.
