first, I'm all in favor of the people being able to smoke dope, drink or what ever
they choose... with that said, should come education from the ground up...
It's pretty well ingrained in us that one should not drink and drive and if you do and get caught you are screwed.
Same should go for drinking and carrying or smoking pot or doing any other drug and carrying or going to a shooting range.
My gun club has a simple rule... you drink and you don't shoot... you do and it's hit the road for good.
Our society, government, just keeps trying to regulate personal vices... one day we will learn that it just don't work.
