yeah its odd. I have a 260 with a slow twist that still shoots heavier bullets great. The rate of twist thing seems to be a more general rule of thumb then an absolute. A more-often-than- not "rule". Very interesting about the old round nose bullets. It is another old timer favorite. Though I never used them I have heard over and over they hit harder than the spitzers.
