The base is rather distinctive, with those "wings", so it probably is the "right" magazine.

However, be aware that there is no guarantee that it will fit or feed, even in the right gun. It seems that some guns made changes during their production life cycle, to their magazines, and you don't need just the right magazine for them, you need the exact right magazine. When you go looking for a magazine for older pocket guns (or anything out of production, really) find out the seller's return policy, BEFORE you buy!!!!

I issue this warning from personal experience. I have a Mauser HSc, WW II era (Nazi proofs). I have tried 3 (three) different magazines, looking for a spare mag for the gun. The one that is in it works fine. Nothing else seems to.

The first mag I got (at a guns show, 3hrs drive from home, and the gun) didn't even fit in the pistol at all. Jammed tight about an inch into the mag well. Second one also bound in the mag well, though it would go all the way in. 3rd one went in fine, locked in place fine, would not feed any ammo or dummy rounds. Not saying its going to happen, only that the possibility exists, and when looking for a magazine for one should either have the gun with you (best, but not always possible) or be clear that if the mag doesn't fit and work you can return it.

In your case, it seems you have the magazine and no gun. Not an uncommon situation. The 1908 Bayard identification seems like the right one.
