I know one needs a CC permit to transport a loaded pistol on your person in public, but what about outside in your own yard? Obviously, you can carry a loaded pistol with you in your house if you choose to do so, but what about when your on your own property outside of your home? Is a CC permit needed then? I'd call the local PD and ask them, but I bet they would tell me yes, regardless of whether it's true or false. And possibly give me the evil eye if you know what I mean.
