Pocket carry. Ankle carry only for a BUG for very deep concealment not for a gun you may need to use in a hurry. Ankle carry may look good in a movie but seems pretty useless for most applications. Why would you want to do all that bending and reaching, let alone getting the pants out of the way to get to gun that you supposedly have to save your life?
And it doesn't make any difference what caliber, etc. If you need a gun it has to in your hand first - potential is meaningless.
