If cost is not a big problem then HID lights can do what you are asking and more. Here is one site, but there are others. Just search the Web for HID.

Missed that. As indicated they are the brightest out there. They do have some warm-up time...not instant on. But I think they now have models that come on very fast. They are more like a fluorescent than an ordinary incandescent. There is an initial high voltage to get the gas lit, then they run on low voltage. The military has some expensive HID's that are vehicle mounted that can light up a target for miles.

Also, HID like LED will have a smooth beam. No filament to show shadows or artifacts.
