10-Ring Precision in San Antonio, TX. has joined others in suing Kenneth Melson regarding the multiple long gun reporting requirement. The TSRA has a copy in pdf of the paperwork:

According to the email I recieved from TSRA, a change of venue has already been requested by BATFE.
