Thanks for the link. It's all in line with your
comments from the board. Interesting that
of the 59 complaints, 57 have been within
the past year. They also list products and
service as separates in the same category so
we can only assume it must be customer
service complaints as like you I have heard
nothing but good about their products. They
seem like a retailer based on their site and
contact info so I felt they had the customer
service/business end down pat. Now it appears
like they run a Jim Bob type operation with an
excellent product but no skills in marketing
and customer service. I hope I'm wrong
or this will be my last order, at least for anything
requiring an FFL.
