Assuming price is not an issue what pistol do you think is the best thing money can buy for SD/HD/Range? Restrict your self to (9mm, .45ACP or .40 S&W).

Moreover if you think there's nothing like a perfect pistol, how & from where would you have your dream custom handgun made?

From design, material that you will use for both externel and internal parts to mechanism and functionality. Be descriptive.
