Very interesting scope mount, and not too badly Americanized. Jaeger tended to blend stiles, you got Bavarian oak leaves with diamond inlays etc. Check for the proof marks to determine the age (Jaerger's rifles usually carry the half antler followed by a date mark if he used new barrels).
As a simple Mauser without engraving it should bring between 500 - 800, depending a bit on the scope (can't tell the marker from the pictures).

I used to love being able to hit hard at 1000 yards. As I get older I find hitting a mini ram at 200 yards with the 22 oddly more satisfying.
