I previously ran 100 flawless rounds thru my new Colt CCG 1911, but today I had an issue. I let the range officer shoot the first mag of the day and he had a ftf in the middle of the mag. I couldn't see how or what happened. I went on to shoot 115 rounds without issue using ball and HP.

I did incorporate a new mag today but they are all Colt factory mags and I don't know if the hang up was in the new mag. Any ideas on what could have caused this?
