I was generally just kidding but now that you ask; for self-defense with an AR at 200 yards and closer, I prefer the hard hitting 350L that will still fit up to twenty rounds of readily available cartridges per mag in an easily weildable fighting package. I don't do suppressors or reloading my own ammo although I probably should.
