That looks like an old Safariland holster from the late '80s early '90s. I should be able to tell you which one it is, I've seen a million of them, and it might be a Gould and Goodrich, or it might be a Bianchi. It was a fairly common holster design before we got concerned about such things as weapons retention.
The problem with finding old school holsters is that no one makes them anymore.
