According to Hodgdon's, with copper plated bullets treat them like lead. Use lead data.

But I've also heard to add 1 or 2/10ths of a grain onto the lead data. And many people just use the starting load data for FMJ.

It can be developed by just picking the most accurate charge within the specs.
