leupold and burris are the way to go,start up cost may be a little higher. but they take care of their scopes after the sale. and over the the long haul ,say 30-35 years of hunting the cost is minimal. it took 17 days to have a burris scope returned after haveing it serviced, it was 14 years old and their was nothing wrong with it,i was selling it to a friend and just wanted to make sure it was alright. eastbank.
