I love Mil-Spec monkey.
Another excellent source of shooting information for defensive and competitive shooters are the "Protips" videos that The Outdoor Channel once uploaded to Youtube. Most of the tips are from All-Galaxy Shooter Todd Jarrett, however there are also a couple from members of the Army Marksmanship Unit, who recently redesigned the Army's CQB course using lessons learned in USPSA 3-Gun competition.
Todd Jarrett - Shooting on the move
Todd Jarrett - Shooting Prone
Todd Jarrett - Reloading (note: this one is particular good if you're interested in tac-loads and reloads with retention)
Todd Jarrett - Moving Targets
Army Marksmanship - Speed Reloads
Army Marksmanship - Shooting on the move
Army Marksmanship - Shotgun reloading
The mission statement of AMU is to take lessons learned from practical shooting games, and distill out of that what can be applied to soldiers on the battlefield; a mission which they've been quite successful at executing. Todd Jarrett is a top USPSA shooter, and is one of the most "in-demand" trainers for law enforcement and "high-speed low drag" military personnel.
