Not a lot of help but...

I am loading 45-70 with both a Pacific single stage as well as the Lee Classic which started out as a three position press and I upgraded to four holes. I am using Lee dies and for the price, I love them. Worthwhile buying a turret for each caibler you loads so as not to have to go through the process of resetting the dies.

It is my personal opinion that a progressive press works best for smokeless rounds. I like loading BPCR with a multi-position (but not progressive) press.

I have an ECHO press on the evil bay for sale for 55.00 and I am not budging on the price. It is worth that just to just keep it.

I did an awful lot of work to the press and it is better than new.
