Should be easy enough for any decent gun shop to acquire one for you.
You want a "needle in a haystack", try to find a .22-250 or other caliber Tikka T3 Hunter in left hand....
I asked for one at the gun shop a couple months ago and the guy was like "when were you hoping to get it by?" I said "As soon as possible" and he told me "Don't expect it before christmas" and that was the end of that plan.
