Be advised that many states have laws and licensing requirements for
both the "ASP" and "PR-24"/ "PR-21" batons. I know this won't come as a
surprise but unlicensed possession of these weapons by non law-enforcement
is a felony in good old Calif. and even law enforcement officers have to qualify annually with a certified instructor to carry this weapon legally in many states. I am not sure which other states have similar licensing regulations but there are big liability issues involved with these weapons and one really needs to cross the "T"s and dot the "I"s in your state.
