Quarters, ribs and backstraps weighed 700#. Head and cape 180#. Most likely it will yield 300# to 350# of meat. I will let you know in a week after we butcher it.

This Buff was aproximatly 1100# on the hoof.

B&C green score 108". Not book, but not bad!
