Question: Does anyone think there could be a constitutional provision to limit magazine capacity to 30 or 40? Or rather make drums illegal etc?

Some 2A scholarship suggests that when the issue is fought before SCOTUS, we'll end up with 15-20 rounds for pistols and 20-30 rounds for rifles, mostly hinging on the common use premise.
