I probably look at powder quite differently than many and certainly differently than newer handloaders. So what I would do is probably NOT helpful at this point.

Yes, you probably should purchase that powder. If stored properly, it won't go bad in the next 30 years, even if it takes you that long to use it. It is popular and hard to find for a reason.
