Yeah, I've had several of both, and the Beretta does SEEM larger. I would note, however, that they'll both work in the same holster, so the size difference isn't that great.
(When Fobus first started offering a holster for the 75B, years ago, they used the Beretta 92 holster... and folks who look for a duty holster for the 75B find that Beretta holsters work beautifully.)
