We can, we can!
Influencing a commercial enterprise is realitively easy = they've got a fairly immediate revenue source at risk, are in the business of making money & understand that.
Re the politicos, it's really the same thing, although it takes more #s of people - from many more geographical areas - & to keep harpin' (not just a "sign a petetion" thing). At last resort, they got to be voted out.
It can be done, but I've yet to see too many concerted efforts to do so ....
