I carry mostly IWB, in a leather holster by DeSantis. I have been pleased with its stability and with its longevity. I use a Remora for a pocket holster, for a Sig P238. I have occasionally used it as an IWB, and was pleasantly surprised at its performance. My wife has used her Remora, also for a P238, quite extensively for IWB, and is happy with it.
Like some others, I am not a kydex fan. Never tried a paddle holster - just never appealed to me enough for me to part with my money.
