Since this has been brought up again.

I checked.

The tip up style autos (like the Taurus PLY) DO NOT have an extractor.

They rely on the gas pressure of the round fired to "blow it" out of the chamber.

Anyone using one needs to make sure that they have the right techique for malfunction clearance and making the gun safe.
