I used to have a Ruger No. 1 in 375 H&H I used the Speer 270 grain spire point I know I used IMR4350 but I can't remember the exact charge weight.

I had it loaded to about 2300 to 2400fps.

I never got great accuracy with that rifle but good enough for hunting.

I shot a couple of deer with it and it worked good.
