Well, clearly, if it's being served to you, it's for immediate consumption. The local supermarket "sells" Rice Krispies, but they don't "serve" Rice Krispies.

And if Urban Burrito gave away free beer to anyone who sat at a table, I doubt that would be considered outside the purview of the statutory "sold and consumed" language, either.
