Last time I bought 7.62x39 ammo was from AIM and it was $4.15 a box I think for Wolf Military Classic. I can't load it that cheap so I bought 400 rounds of it and don't even think about reloading for the SKS. To be honest I don't think you're going to find 7.62x39 brass for less than $.40 a piece, I doubt there's enough demand for it to justify a lower price.
