The Savage should use a Weaver style mount set up. If rings are Weaver style, you are good. I assume your scope also has a 1" tube. If so, you are good. If the tube is 30mm you have wrong rings.
As far as ring height, you should be okay but until you mount it and see how it fits you, you really won't know.
