Interesting development in the case of a former deputy charged in the shooting of another man. The inscription on the dust cover of his AR15, "You're ______" has been ruled inadmissible and will NOT be shown to jurors.

It may not actually help the outcome of the case, but the Defense believes it removes an aspect not relevant to the actual shooting.
