My advice for home defense is to layer your home defense system....
one, a good fence with barbed wire surrounding your property, some pit bull guard dogs, flood lights, laser sensors, landmines, trap doors, bear traps, and last but not least I'll sleep with my loaded gun underneath my bed, ready to go in case the burglar gets thru all that
