I ordered some parts from them, one was out of stock - took nearly forever. They did get in touch with me when they got it, and did not charge me for it without my OK to do so. They're OK - just VERY slow. If you want to cancel the order, I'd say contact them. Did they charge you for the back ordered items? Anyhow, I learned my lesson - check their stock first.
