This is my take on it. Shelves are gradually filling up, even in .380ACP, but it still isn't quite to the point where you can pick up anything you want anywhere you want. .45ACP seems to be a little thin at the moment, and some places known for low prices (Walmart) still has mostly empty shelves for now. But supplies are starting to come back up and I think we're through the worst of it.
