I checked with my MP5 and under the front HG it looks almost identical.

Dimensions on the MP5:

The red line is 125mm (4,92 inch ?) the inner diameter of the ring where the back of the HG rests in (white arrow) is 35mm (1,38 inch ?).

Let me know if you want other dimensions.
