PDXGS- I am really interested in those Phoenix Tactical bipod upgrades. Before I order something, do those claws move at all? Are they fastened at a fixed angle according to the bipod legs? Are the claws fastened tightly with a nut and bolt which prevents the claws from swinging freely?
