Your frustration is misplaced. You should be mad at the USPS. I will never understand why the gun community places so much faith in the USPS. Money orders that are lost take AT LEAST 90 days to refund..."Delivery Confirmation" is always marked "Delivered" even when it never shows up...and its your word against your postman who absolutely remembers putting the package in your box; despite the fact that it says it was delivered 3 hours before you've ever received any mail in the 10 years you've lived at your address. And those cracker-jack group of G-men who are waiting to vindicate your loss after being scammed on the net?? Yeah..."call your local police and file a report"...not really the "Federal Offense" that everyone believes it is. If you tick the "Mail Innovations" tab, that's clearly YOUR FAULT.
