I went back and read my original reply and you are absolutely right...when I read it my words do sound like I was putting down Dillon. I must of been in a sarcastic mood when I wrote it because I have just run into too many customer service folks that seems to have forgotten their job description.

In any case I really do respect Dillon as three of my four presses are Dillon presses. BTW here is a great link of a cartoon about off-shore customer service. I am sure everyone here can relate to it in one manner or another. The link is:

Also another thing....I guess I need to find me a nice Texas cowgirl to teach me not to step on toes while doin the Texas 2-step !
