I don't know what your local prices are but mine are high enough that 1000 primers and 1 pound of powder covers the hazmat.

Powder that sells for $17 or so at Powder Valley is $25-$28 locally and primers are generally $3.99/100, $35/1000 or $155/5000 locally.

So, all I need do is buy 2 pounds of powder and 1000 primers to more than cover hazmat and shipping.
